60mg vials, dose question

Hypothetically if one were to order lyophilized powder that comes out to 60mg, what is the proper I.M. Dosage? The chart I've familiarized myself with recommends 2-5ml IM, 5-10ml iv.

What do I reconstitute with? Regular BAC water? I have yet to peruse this sub Reddit so I apologize if my answer is in here somewhere.

Lastly would it be better to try and find some that's already ready to go?
