Will I get into UTM with my final grades I am so stressed someone please help me out

Hi guys so I was predicted a 32 and I got a 28 including bonus points and all the uni asked me to do was to maintain it. My program is commerce. I've been scrolling through posts of people who are going through a similar situation as me and I've seen people say that some have even failed IB but gotten in. This made me a bit hopeful but I really don't know. Gap year is really not an option for me and I also have my student visa already. If I went to another uni in Toronto would I need to get a new visa btw?
