Looking for recommendations

My wife and I are heading to Rome October 8th-12th before heading north to Florence and then up to Venice before capping our trip off by heading to see auschwitz in Poland, I’m looking for hotel recommendations for our stay in Rome, we want something fairly centrally located to all the sights, we do plan on renting a Vespa. I would like to stay around 250-350 per night. Any recommendations are greatly appreciated.
