looking for studio or 1b1b sublease

Hi there!
I'm currently looking to take over someones sublease. I would prefer to live closer to the first street to 6th st range or surrounding campus no farther than the county market area. Budget is $1000-$1400 depenidng on what's included ( ex. furniture must be included, utilities can be sepreate just included in total budget, etc) If you are trying to get rid of youe lease for the upcoming 25-26 term please lmk!
