Why does ceiling fan light keeps blowing its fuses?

Woke up today and found my ceiling fan light wasn't working but the fan was. I opened the fixture and found the fuse was blown. Bought a 2 pack replacement and changed it. Light worked when I turned it off. Long story short I use the second replacement and it blow again when I tried to turn on the light. Is there a reason for this.
