Reported foreign assets in schedule FA, but not in schedule AL : Also got 143(2) notice

So, I got my taxes done through ClearTax last year. Got the foreign assets reported, in detail, through Schedule FA, but were skipped on Schedule AL. Have received a 143(2) notice, but am not sure what that is due to yet. Am I in trouble for a schedule AL and FA mismatch?
