freeze build with skirk

i'm ar 48, and just finished sumeru but luckily i got skirk and i wanna change up my build and make my raiden and yoimiya a secondary party, but i have like no options for a freeze build with skirk. should i build up any of the characters here or should i just wait till i get a good support hydro like xingqiu

i'm currently focusing on building skirk and was gonna build diona and barbara a bit more (i have finale of the deep sword so i'm practically gonna have to have barbara)
