Do women avoid too much pure and clean men' as red flags?

So, I (20M) don't smoke, take drugs, drink alcohol tea, coffee or even cold drinks. Don't consume non-veg or any junk food, have never watched any adult videos(voluntarily) use cuss words or have any social media accounts - not because of any allergy or strict fitness leaning but just because I decided not to...but here's a twist.

I accompanied my friends to a coffee counter after a gruesome 4 hours class, and each one of them took a cup of coffee except me. When questioned, I responded I don't drink tea or coffee, both the guys and the girls were first astonished, but the moment one of the girls dug out my abstainance from all the above mentioned list they literally backed off from me, and started calling me "robot" , "too much clean", etc.

I questioned one of the girl why they acted like that she responded "That much cleanliness feels...a bit lifeless and psychotic"

It has sent me in a spiral of conflicting emotions as somewhere or the other I saw my habits as 'good'.
