If you have silver/gray 2015 Chrysler 200 sedan that was on Bellevue Ave on June 25 around 5:30 PM, I think I scraped your car

On June 25th, circa 5:30 PM, I was bicycling on Bellevue in the Maplewood/Richmond Heights area, when I must have hit a twig or something. I swerved and scraped into a car. I didn't have a notepad or pen with me, and neither did any of the workers who were working on the roof of the house the car was parked in front of.

I took a picture of the license plate, then rode home. I called the police on a non-emergency line to see if that could help me get in touch with the owner, but they didn't seem to think this was something it was worth their time to get involved with.

I went back later that evening, this time with a written note, but couldn't find the car; I went back again the next day, when it was light, but didn't have any better luck.
