He probably feels just as lonely as I do, she thinks, and that gives her an idea. She decides to send him a private message flagged as "collaboration offer," meant as a way for the site to encourage creators to work together to maximize their profits. She writes off the cuff, making a proposal that they get together and talk about the possibility of a video.

It's a long shot, but she doesn't think he'll judge her for her work if he does the same thing. And she can admit to herself that his boyfriend experience vids definitely got to her. He seems... authentic, and while she knows it might all be for the camera, she's been praised for the same kind of thing and it's real for her. I like the idea of these characters building a romance while still having to maintain their individual accounts for work. How will the heroine change from the hero's dominant influence on her? What kind of cute contrasts can we create between their love life and their work lives? Will they combine their channels and move into more traditional porn, or build a more traditional life together outside their work? Come join me in deciding!

First, a few notes.

• This is a co-written story, meaning neither of us will "own" the characters exclusively. We want these protagonists to progress through a story for which we're both authors and audience, so while I'll likely write for the hero by default and you'll write for the heroine(s) in the same way, our goal is to create a sensible and fun narrative without possessiveness. This is something I'm happy to elaborate on in PMs.

• This will mean a lot of discussion outside the fiction, both before we begin and as we're writing, so that we're on the same page and bought in to what's on that page. Our story installments will be lengthy (more than just a few paragraphs, often much more) and literary – I don't mind occasional typos and such, but grammar and effort matter. The pacing will take a back seat to real-life considerations, of course, but we'll both try to write a few installments a week if not one every day or two. This will be a long-term arrangement.

• The story-to-smut ratio is negotiable, but I'm imagining it'll be between 70/30 and 30/70. The hero's ability to overload women with emotion and arousal is a device of the story, not the goal of it.

• Writing this via Reddit PMs is my default, but I'm open to Discord or elsewhere as well. We'll begin in PMs and transition when it's time to write the fiction.
