Do migraines/headaches reduce post reduction surgery?!

So I'm near certain I'm getting the surgery and been reading posts on this thread - I read several folks say their migraines and headaches reduced or disappeared post surgery - I had no idea this was a thing?!

For context, I'm 29, 38K 5'8" and weigh 107kg (235lbs) I get frequent migraines, sometimes triggered by light or sound and sometimes I have no idea what offset them. I also have gotten vertigo/balance issues over last 3 years so I usually pop a Fenac+ pill when I feel the headache setting in.

I would love to hear in some details about other women's experiences with headaches/migraines post surgery, did you notice a difference before and after? Thank you so much!
