need help finding mobile homes in the Citrus Heights CA area

My wife and I are searching for:

• mobile homes for sale.
• rent to own mobile homes.
• open to 5th wheels
• rv parks all age

(1st time posting to reddit, so sorry in advance)

☆ Location in the Citrus Heights CA area. preferably within a 25minute radius. ~ 10 mile radius of Citrus Heights CA USA.

• if we are going to be purchasing a 5th wheel we would like suggestions for all age mobile home parks nearby as well so we can hook up there. (we know of 3 from driving around town but not aware of em all)

• the mobile homes for sale that i have searched for on zillow or other home apt searching apps are in the 50k and above mark and we are looking for something more around 15k. I've seen some ads on facebook marketplace for some that were around 15k but those got sold fairly quickly. and have found a few on zillow for 15-20k but the ad was broken or sold. I'm not even certain there are any in our preferred location and within our price range.

• we are new to searching for rvs or mobile homes $15-20k or rent to own mobile homes, within a 10 mile radius of citrus heights ca usa and would like some help with our search for a possible new mobile home. any links or dealerships or advice on mobile home/rv living would be greatly appreciated -- thanks!
