Help me end dating struggle.

Hey, 19m. Kinda been lonely my whole life, last year got into college. I don't talk to girls because they sit at the other side of the room (my state is kinda backward i know).

And the biggest one, I don't talk to them cos I'm 58kgs, and 6'. Fairly attractive face. Girls tried to talk to me but I just fucked everything up because of how i saw myself.

I don't believe I can get a relationship, someone's Insta, or just number. I've gained 17kgs, qnd people at my college respect me. I am not desperate or anything, i just want to end this

I see guy after guy getting in a relationship or chit chatting with girls. I just am unable to do this yet

I will go back to college this navaratri. I have taken some months off, for my personal purposes.
