Why dose workday keep saying my login is wrong

I just got hired and start later today but I can’t login

Every time I try to login in it says Invalid user or password

I know for a fact that these are my credentials because I have them saved on my device and on top of that when I try to change my password it says I can’t use the same password

I’ve tried all of the links they sent through email, I’ve tried PC and mobile devices, I’ve tried changing my password and nothing works

Is this something on my end or theirs ?
