Recently diagnosed, doctor is recommending Tremfya, anything i should know?

So for context, i’m a 20 year old slightly overweight male. i’ve been having crohns symptoms since May, and i got diagnosed last week. After some bloodwork, my doctor called me today to let me know they think i should start Tremfya. The only person i know who has Crohns likes humira since it’s been around longer. Would love to hear any stories or information or advice about any medications you have taken. Thank you !
