Nearest Spin Class to Novena Area

Hello! Wondering if there are any gyms that offer spin classes that are near the Novena MRT station that are open at 5:30-6:00AM. I’ve found several gyms, but it’s not clear if they offer spin or not and because of my time difference (West Coast US), it’s challenging to contact someone during business hours. I’d also be willing to jump on the MRT if it’s within a stop or two.
