Favorite product for sap and tree fall out?

Sometimes I get disaster details that have like black fallout from oak trees and such. What is your favorite product for these situations? Have heard of citrus degreasers doing this task pretty well ? But not opposed to specific product either such as tarminator but want to buy best value products.

Need it by this weekend too !
