After getting a faulty ninja Luxe 601 I got a new one. It was going well for a few days however I kept getting my puck stuck on the top so I got a puck screen however, the machine didn’t acknowledge that well and then immediately recommended I make it way coarser in grind.

Then my extraction time was upwards of 45 to 50 seconds then I took the puck screen off the espresso came out. So my machine is just very unpredictable. I can’t seem to get a good pull although it taste better than my first ninja luxe feel like I’m not getting it’s full capacity so questions:

-have anybody’s had issues with one puck screens and how you corrected it

• is it okay if my double shots are 40-50 seconds of drip time (it’s over a minute from when I hit start, then it takes 10 seconds for first drip)
