Best way to organise courses in cart

incoming frosh and im thinking FYS, Calc I, intro to public health, intro to orgo and 2 one-credit courses like arrive n thrive. have sorted thru cart for timings but academic advisor is telling me to add in more sections which clash in timings 'just to be safe' that i dont need to worry about because apparently the cart only selects timings that dont overlap.

In short: whats the best way to order things in cart to ensure i get all my classes (I KNOW ITS NOT 100% GURANTEED BUT STILL)? and should i keep classes that overlap knowing the cart registration system will make sure none of the selected classes overlap? Should i order classes by seats avialable or by need??
