where do i start 😭

i recently saw an old friend from highschool thats been doing stuff like this for the last few years post on snap about her SD/how she found him, i asked her for some advice on how she found them etc. she gave me the site “seeking” which i then did a little research before making an account and i think discovered is a dating app and not technically supposed to be used as what some are using it for, so now i’m at a loss lol cus i obviously don’t wanna be apart of a problem on apps but i feel so lost when it comes to this realm. so 2 questions, i’m not sure where to find legitimate sugar daddies, so if someone could help me with the how factor that would be awesome for one, and two, is it ok/normal that i am in a relationship (he’s aware of what i’m doing)
