Best dumb phone to buy in Canada

I’m looking at replacing my current iPhone with a dumb phone. What is the best option for someone starting out? As well what phone is best for supporting Rogers networks? I was considering a CAT but I’m not sure if Rogers supports it.

Thanks in advance!
