Precision 7920 Rack TPM 2.0

I have updated the bios to the latest version (2.24.0), but when I go into the BIOS, I am not able to enable TPM 2.0. We have seven other workstations like this and I was able to enable TPM 2.0 on all of them after updating the BIOS. Any ideas on what could have gone wrong?
