Mumbai to Phuket

I am planning to travel from Mumbai to Phuket via VietJet Air.
Looks like pretty bad reviews?
1-2-3hrs delay would be fine for us.

They have 7kg and 20kg baggage policy. Which is more than enough for us.

Am I missing anything? Is it really that bad?

There's like almost 11k price difference in VietJet and Other airlines.
