Question about using a stone that's been blessed

Hello! This is my first time posting on this sub. One of my coworkers went to Salem last week and brought everyone stones that were blessed by a love witch (specifically, Lorelei the Love Witch)!

I am not a witch, I just dabble in Paganism and am learning about my personal Spirituality, but I want to be sure that I am treating the stone properly before and between uses, as well as using it properly. Any suggestions on how to cleanse and care for it, along with how to use it with respect?
