Why were you rooting for Zak and Amaya?

I’m curious! I’m not gonna lie, I felt my first parasocial heartbreak and it freaked me out. But going through social media, I’ve been seeing a lot of people feeling attached to their separation. I know Zak literally does not deserve Amaya, but to those who were rooting for them, what did you see between them? Did their relationship spark some reflections within you?

Personally, it’s been making me think about communication, emotional maturity, misunderstandings, cultural ties, etc. Best lesson for me was not tolerating disrespect and staying true to who you are (love Amaya!). Honestly, I probably just thought Zak was hot (lmao), but I’m curious to hear other people’s thoughts.
