12 year old Birthday Party

Hello, can anyone recommend places to possibly host my 12 year olds birthday party? In or near Sac (within an hour drive). He wants to do something that at the very least has a pool or lake type situation. We've looked in to Wake Island water park and Velocity island as possibilities but they only allow a very limited number of kids. We would be expecting roughly 20 kids plus somewhere that the parents can at least stay and hang out at if they did not want to participate. So any suggestions are welcome!!
