The minefield sniper in Surface Tension is causing me to lose my sanity.

First HL1 playthrough, only played Blue Shift before. This fucking Sniper, i cant. He seems to not have hitboxes, and me and my 11 HP cant do shit to him no matter what i try. Even the rpg cant take him out. Fuck you minefield Sniper.
