Old School Idealarc 250 or Cheap Amazon Inverter?

There are a ton of stick welders on Amazon. Most for sub $200. The youtube videos I watched say they seem to perform admirably.

There is also a old Lincoln Idealarc 250 for sale near me.

Portability doesn't matter.

What would be my best option? Mostly for welding 1/8 box tubing.
