Wish to pursue my PG in Ireland

Hello everyone, I am a FMGE who is currently doing my internship in India and I wish to pursue my further studies and practice in ireland but unfortunately I have no idea how to get there. I did my MBBS from Bangladesh and went on to give FMGE(licentiate exam for India) and currently doing my internship in India which I'll be completing by next year. I have a few questions

1. What is the route ? 2.Which study material will be required for PRES?
2. What is the number of years of experience from the home country required?

If anyone could help me out it would be highly appreciated.
