need advice postpartum pre-eclampsia/hypertension

I have a question/need advice. I have been back and forth with my OB due to blood pressure issues but Everytime I'd go to the ED, they would normalize. So last week I went to my post op appointment And brought my own cuff and showed them my numbers - got placed on procardia 30 mg and I have a follow up appointment tomorrow.

Now, last week at that appointment they took blood work to check my liver enzymes and such and stated they would contact me with next steps. This was basically a week ago. Today they told me that my liver enzymes are elevated and recommended I go to the OB ED but it has been a week since they resulted! and I feel better since starting the procardia.

I am considering just going to my appointment tmw and chatting with them. Or should I go to the ED?
