Tuition reimbursement eligible w/ scholarship(s)?

I just hit 90 days of employment, and am majoring in accounting, but I live in Florida and receive a merit based "bright futures" scholarship (FAS). Is it likely that I'll be denied a reimbursement request? Should I even bother putting one in? Thanks!
