I only get acne on the same side as where most of my endo is (left)?

I realised this today and I'm sure it's just a coincidence since I can't fathom how this would be caused lol, but I pretty much ONLY get hormonal acne (lower cheek, jawline) on the left side of my face. I don't hold my phone there, I don't exclusively sleep on my left (in fact I mostly sleep on my right lol), etc etc, so those can be mostly ruled out. The majority of my endo is also on my left - like, all but one lesion. What the hell is that about? Anyone else experience something similar, or have most of their endo on only one side?
