Cholinergic Uticaria Evolution

Hey,

I’m 27 and I’ve been have CU for 4-5 years. It really only flares up during exercise and it’s been controlled via antihistamines (2 5mg pills of Xyzal) etc. Currently it is summer where I am at in the US, in the tristate.

Recently, the last 2 days after I wake up I have itchiness and etc. These moments of course are not related to exercise because I just woke up from sleep. This usually has never happened before so curious why it’s occurring.

Any thoughts or ideas? Has anyone dealt with this
