Want to enroll but failed to pay the reservation fee

Hi! Is it still possible to enroll kaya po kahit hindi nakabayad ng reservation fee back in May? Hindi ko po nabayaran yung fee before kase matagal din irelease ng registrar namin yung mga papers kaya ‘di ko na lang tinuloy.
