Best Birth control for Endo/ peri over 40!!

I’m struggling with my peri/menohell🤣 periods! They are long, short, heavy, painful, bloated, pmdd before and horrible! I have been diagnosed with endo as I get endometriomas. But have not had lap surgery yet. I will say I did try the Mirena IUD for a year and it was ok for 6 months then went south fast. I am 44 and experiencing peri symptoms. I take bio identical progesterone and compounded testosterone. Also added in some Prozac because anxiety was through the roof and pmdd before my periods ( I think mirena) had some effect on this getting worse! But the debilitating periods I can’t handle! Before I give up on my uterus, what are people using for BC and also to help regulate the periods! I’m open to all options that have worked for your endo pain/periods!
