How do I check if there's a systematic review done on a topic.

I'm a psychology student and I have only little exposure to research. My professor asked me to check if there are any systematic reviews published on reels addiction or reels influence on human behaviour.

I'm not exactly sure about how to search for it. Can anyone please guide me.
