Nitrado servers

So I've paid for a server months ago and everything has been smoothish lol. But for the past week or so me and my kid whom were the primary players in the server for now. Have been having super bad troubles logging in saying lost connection to host. We've reset and "repaired" the game in windows. Everything except uninstall and reinstall because that takes for ever. Was taking like 5-10 attempts to log in to work but that past few days no luck at all. And nitrado has no real customer support. What else can I do??
