Customs and Immigration from Los Cabos to Phoenix

Flying from Aruba to Orlando, we did immigration checks in Aruba before boarding a Southwest plane. If we fly from Los Cabos to Phoenix, do we do it in Phoenix? I have a connecting flight to LAX 1.5 hours later. Will that be enough time?
