Purchased a W95 from BuyDig; order seems to be in a vacuum?

Hey all, I purchased a 55” W95A from BuyDig on sale for $398 with a free soundba the other day that was set for a July 11 arrival. It was “processing” all weekend, but when I checked today, the order status was blank. I messaged them today to ask, and the rep said:

“Unfortunately, the item you purchased is a pre-order item which will ship within 2-3 weeks. We will make sure to have the order ship out as soon as received at our warehouse. Once it ships, you will receive a notification via email regarding your tracking details.”

It immediately raises red flags for me and makes me question if I’ll ever get the TV because (1) no where did it say the item was a preorder; (2) the item is discontinued, so where are they getting it from; and (3) I purchased it under the July 11 guarantee, and this seems scummy.

Are my concerns warranted? Should I cut my losses and try to get a Q7 or something else from another dealer, or is this just part of the BuyDig experience?
