charged additional for something that came with the dress originally

I'm having anxiety and was wondering if this ever happened to someone.

I bought my dress along with attachable sleeves. The sleeves were about $500 extra and I was okay, pricy, but I fell in love with the dress and it completed the look. I went online to see how this dress looked styled, all the photos showed these particular sleeves. I even called different places to confirm and they do. So they charged me $500 extra for something that came with the price of the dress.

I cannot call until the original bridal shop for a couple of days because they're closed, but do you think it's possible to get my money back on the sleeves since they're supposed to come with the dress? I feel stupid and worry they're going to basically tell me to kick rocks because of their strict return policies (basically cannot return anything). Advice?
