What to do about time wasters?

I have had so many people who would come to my posts and comment and even go so far as to give me their telegram or their Snapchat.

Then they’ll ask me for a voice memo or something. Then they’ll never respond. How do I make sure that I don’t respond to time wasters and tell the difference between fake people and real people who are interested.
