Apartment is Offering Me a New Unit

So a few months ago I signed a lease for a third floor unit with a wonderful view that I’d move into in less than a month. However I was contacted recently by the building and told that that unit wasn’t available due to certain happenings and they offered me a bottom floor with the same/similar view and a top floor but with a parking lot view. I was so hoping for that top floor with a gorgeous view but now I don’t know which one to say yes to.
