Application for my boss?

Hi all,

I'm sorry if this is weird and a very strange question but I'm not getting a clear answer anywhere else.

My boss had TSA Pre Check and Global Entry approval up until February this year. He accidentally let it lapse and now is asking me about a way to expedite the application. I'm aware the timeline is probably out of my hands and I'll have to tell him that but that's whatever.

My question is can I put in the application for my boss and then set up the appointment for him, and he goes to the interview or should he do it all himself? I'm just worried about missing a step or there being issues because he didn't apply himself.

He has a trip for business in Japan in August which I'm not expecting this to be completed before but we will see.

Sorry again, this is weird but big wigs at big companies be goofy.
