2 weeks heads up and we will fall into the last week and a half of the placements. Maximum impact and many people already on AL so many won't suffer the pay drop.

Then it is changeover, so there is induction for a while and new doctors getting used to the job.

This effectively means massive impact with just a few days of strikes and disruption for many more days.
