Safe Combinations in CZs

I've tried googling this and asking global chat in game, but no straight answers. I was doing a loot run in a checkmate and got to the end in the weapon locker. There was 2-3 safes that you can enter numbers on their screen, I presume to open them. Are these functional? Can you actually open them? And if so, where does one find the number combinations to do so. I looked around. Alot. lol. I also found a few tall weapons lockers throughout the CZ that had number combination pads as well. Just wondering how to get in to these. If I can.
