Hello everyone. I wanted to ask a question to people who's from Asian countries. Have you ever wanted to change the way you look? (I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings) I have Asian friends (Myanmar, Vietnam, Philippines, India) that said to me that they wished they could look more European/American because of their skin, eyes, and features. And I wanted to know if there anyone else? because personally, since I was 8 years old when I learned about Asian culture, I fell in love with it. I always tried to look more Asian than European. once, when I was 9, I tried to stick my eyelids with tape to get monolid eyes, I know the situation is terrible, I developed a complex that I would not fit into Asian culture. and in 2022-2023, when I said that I like Asia, everyone thought that I meant Japan and Korea because of its popularity now, and I consider this offensive. also another question. how do you feel about people who are truly interested in your culture and want to visit it? I'm learning Chinese now, and I really want to visit it
