What would it take to build the “Amazon Prime” of hiring?

AI Interviewers have definitely changed the game, but IMHO I still think we’re far from a truly efficient hiring system.

Here are some of the questions I keep coming back to:

👉 If Amazon created the hiring process, would it take 44 days to complete a purchase?
👉 How do we drastically cut down the time spent on applying, screening, and qualifying?
👉 How do we ensure the right people land in the right roles, where their skills and goals align with business outcomes?
👉 What does the future of hiring look like when discovery, screening, and scheduling are fully autonomous?

My main question is:
What would it take to build the Amazon Prime of hiring?

Curious to hear from recruiters, builders, founders, or anyone who’s been frustrated by the current system.
