I need some advice (24M)

I am currently in a situation where i no longer know what my best course of action might be. I am a full-time employee making roughly $4200 a month. I have 3 credit cards that i stupidly have let go to collections with a total amount of $4100. What is my best course of action to get this debt paid off?

My total monthly bills are about $1800 not including payments on the debt or groceries. My car is out of commission and have no way to get a second job since my main takes up my time. Please give me suggestions…are there debt relief systems i can sign up for? im desperate to get this resolved…
