AITA for quitting matches?

So our run was going very well. Lvl 7 or 8 by day 2 start. We all wanted to go to a specific camp for fire equipment and it was on the way to the shifting earth. Then suddenly we all started getting swarmed by locust looking things that were stealing my levels!

I keep pinging the camp we were marching too so that we can run away from the locusts, but both of my teammates turned around and started hightailing it out of the area!

My level dropped all the way down to 4 before I got fed up and quit the match. Ugh I just wish that people would pay attention to proper pathing.

PSA: If you start randomly losing levels then follow the bug swarm to an easy sentient pest boss fight. You know who you are.
