Requirements for Reciprocity in CA from FL?

I’ve done my live scan prints and they sent them in, and I sent in my application request for the live scan and reciprocity (BCIA8016) separate, and my Florida CNA license and my pay stubs and or w2s that were required, because that’s what I was told to do, am I doing something wrong? I can’t get a hold of anyone at Board ot nursing to talk to live on the phone and ask these questions. If someone has any info on where to call please let me know, also the automated service has received my live scan prints but not my app yet? I did send it in a week ago. Just making sure I sent the right items. Thanks in advance!
